Over the past three week we have done a lot. We have finished up the roof framing and installed the underlayment for our roof. We have finished up all of our rough in for our electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and are wrapping up the mechinacal very soon. All of the windows have shown up and some of the frames have started to go in. The paper and lath for the plaster is mostly on and waiting for a few items to be finished up. The building is fully insulated now and we have done all of the metal stud framing for the soffits and ceilings. We also set our main switchgear and fire risers. The drywall will begin next week.
Fine Arts Buildings
At the fine arts the past three weeks we have started the siding, and papered both buildings. We have insulated, drywalled and taped both buildings and will finish up the window installation next week. All of the MEP trades have completed and passed inspection for the rough-in stage. Next week as I said we will be installing windows and continuing with the siding.
