At the Student Commons this week the framing is coming along and we will be starting the roof framing on the low roofs early next week. The landscaper has started grubbing the hillsides in preparation of plants some new trees and we did the MMWD tie-in at Fernhill for the firewater and domestic water lines for both 71 Fernhill and the Student Commons.
Fine Arts Buildings At the Fine Arts Buildings we are continuing to frame at the Ceramics building and have laid in the "Warmboard" at the Music room. The Warmboard is a structural plywood that has grooves cut into it so that radiant tubing can be laid in it with the finish floor above it. Also we have finished all of the underground work outside the buildings and that work was tested and will be backfilled early next week. The plumbers and electricians have started their underfloor rough-in and will continue that through next week. Also next week we will continue the framing on the Music room.
