At the Student Commons we are continuing to frame up the lower walls and getting ready to start the main trusses. We also have finished backfilling behind all of the retaining walls and are starting to get them ready to be landscaped. The gas line has been roughed in to the back of the building and we are finishing up the final items in the back parking lot.
Fine Arts Buildings
At the Fine Arts Buildings last week we finished plywooding the floor and starting attaching the sills and plates for the walls to be erected next week. Also the plumber and electrician have started their underfloor rough-in. In between the two buildings we have also connected the domestic water lines, sewer and will be tieing in the fire water lines. Next week we will also be installing the warmboard structural plywood for the music room that will be part of the hydronics system.
