Week of July 21st

Tallant Science Center

We will have completed most of the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing(MEP's) work by the end of the week and are gearing up for starting sheetrock next week. We are close to being fully framed and will complete the balance this week.

Student Commons/Fine Arts

We have broken ground and will be starting the temporary shoring for the student commons near the end of the week. We have also started and will be completing a joint trench for a new PG&E line that was rerouted from the building pad of the student commons. Work on the Fine Arts Building will start in about a week or two.

Week of June 30th

Tallant Science Center

Demolition and the beginning stages of MEP rough-in is underway.


Additionally framing and the procurement of casework and windows has also begun.

Student Commons

Work will start next week on the relocation of some PG&E lines running through the jobsite. Rough grading and shoring will begin in the next couple of weeks.

Our jobsite trailer is arriving on 7/7/08 and will be placed onsite.

Fine Arts Building

This building is not scheduled to start for a couple more weeks.
