Over the past two weeks we have finished the steel overhangs and most of the roof framins. The remainder of the roof framing will finish up next week followed by the roofing underlayment. We have also finshed up most of the MEP rough-in minus the high roof fire sprinkler and electrical and a small amount of mechanical. The radiant floors in the bathrooms and storage room were laid in and the topping slabs poured in those rooms plus the mechanical and electrical rooms. The ceiling insulation was installed at the low roofs and we have started the window flashing. Next week the insulators will insulate the low walls and sheetrock has already been stocked. The switchgear will also be set.
Fine Arts Buildings
At the fine arts the past two weeks we have finished up all of the underfloor rough-in's and had them all inspected. At the ceramics building we have everything installed except a little bit of mechanical ductwork. The ceilings and walls are all insulated and sheetrock is stocked. Next week we will begin the windows and drywall. At the music room we have finished the rough-in and have insulated the building as well as stocked the sheetrock. Next week we will be starting windows and drywall as well as installing the roof shingles.
